Former WAR CRY Frontman To Release Re-Recording Of 'Trilogy Of Terror' Demo

November 8, 2005

Former WAR CRY and curent WAR CRY.US vocalist Rich Rozek has sent the following message to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

"I've put together a pro team of musicians joining me in releasing new WAR CRY that starts where our popular demo, 'Trilogy of Terror', which featured the 'Metal Massacre 4' song 'Forbidden Evil', left off!

"We're currently recording new songs featuring the trademark heavy, grinding, doom metal WAR CRY has been famous for. Creating visual images and memorable lyrics, Rich Rozek wrote all lyrics on 'Trilogy', including 'Forbidden Evil'. Rich Rozek also wrote 'Reign of Terror', currently performed by TYRANT'S REIGN. Now he makes a statement with new lyrics and his famous all out power singing...the ROAR IS BACK!!!

"WAR CRY.US will have a new product recorded and ready for release/distribution in the first quarter of 2006. Called 'Eerie Lullabies', this is not just a release of metal, but the beginnings of symphonic genius taking the listener on a journey through time. This release will feature re-recordings of the famous 'Trilogy of Terror' demo that many say 'influenced the underground immensely!' It will also feature 'Reign of Terror' the original arrangement done when Rich Rozek created the band BATTALION.

"The underground fans of WAR CRY will simply salivate when they hear that the original demos of WAR CRY and BATTALION will be included as BONUS TRACKS!

"New songs featuring the cutting edge blast of power vocals and tuned-down wall-of-sound include:

The Blind Leading the Blind
Rip You to Shredz
The Church Incorporated
When Worlds Collide
And the Wicked Will Rise

"If that wasn't enough, cover artwork will be done by artist Matt Lombard of CRADLE OF FILTH fame!

"WAR CRY will satisfy those that enjoy '80s metal with a 21st century twist."
